DMT customer service feedback.

[CUTS LIKE A KRIS]

I have 2 diafolds that I feel are manfacturer flawed (less than a year old) as the x-coarse on one and fine on the other have lost over 50% of the diamond surface! I have used DMT for years and have never had this issue before. I was just wondering if anybody has had dealings with their customer service (good or bad) before I call to return what I have.

I had contact with them a couple weeks ago on an order question, they were very helpful and curtious, called me back with answer to my question....so all was good as far as I'm concerned.

I'm new at using diamond stones, but I was told by an expert, that as they get broken in, they appear to smooth out....for whatever that's worth....
