Cannot get reply from him since 12.11.03. Only my 1st e-mail was replyed with kind of standard answer, after this - silence.

Yeah, good advice. Emails can get lost/misplaced in the heat of business. A phone call is the best way IMO. Danny, the owner, will be on the other end most of the time, and who better to answer your question(s) or address your complaint(s). Person to person communication always beats computer to computer!;)

To call 1-888 number it's a good idea, but I don't live in USA.
And I think replying e-mails is the part of on-line business .
Looks like buying from other dealer is better choice.
 
We didn't miss the email, we thought it was someone else that has been harassing us instead of a serious customer. Below is the reply sent today via email.

The knife is 35.99 + 15.00 for shipping for a total of 50.99. You MUST be a "Verified" paypal member before we ship your order as Isreal is considered "high risk". Assuming you are already verified email me your paypal address and I will send you a paypal request. Our shopping cart does not allow orders to Isreal.
