Do most of you order GEC knives directly from the factory or other?

Hmm well, hard to say!
Couple from the Lewisburg show when GEC had a table, got two there, very nice ;)
A few from the on line dealers here, good guys !
And a few from that feller named Boggs, he's the devil in disguise hehe, just kidding he has such nice knives!!!
and my most recent two were at GEC shop itself while there during the open house, oh guess I need to make one telling difference, bought one from GEC store there and one direct from the hands of Charlie aka Waynorth also while he was there, hard not to think of GEC and Charlie as one in the same :)

So, long story short, Yes ;)

I also get mine directly from the Factory. And resell them at minimum allowed price.

I've purchased from all the above with excellent results. My only direct purchases were at the recent rendezvous and at the local sportsmans show back in Feb. The GEC folks are super nice and always have the most up to date info. Don't hesitate to buy from them too.

I also get mine directly from the Factory. And resell them at minimum allowed price.

I've also purchased a bunch from Bob at Old Hundred. His online sales are quick and tidy with a great return/exchange policy. I also see him regularly displaying his wares at a few local gun shows. There is nothing better than seeing what you're getting up close and personal.

As this thread is entirely about where to buy knives instead the knives themselves, it is being moved to GBU.

I've gotten mine from Knives Ship Free and will continue to do so. Had an exchange with them last week and couldn't be happier with their service. Thank You.

I didn't know you could order directly from the factory...

With Great Eastern I find myself having to hunt around quite a bit to find a suitable model, blade configuration, and handle material. So as you can imagine I end up buying from a variety of dealers.
Specifically, OldHundredCollectibles is excellent as is CollectorKnives.net.

I can't recall ordering a Great Eastern from any of these folks, but I have purchased other items from these and can vouch for GP Knives and Cumberland Knife Works.
