Do you feel this way too?

I've not sold or given away anything I miss, but I did have my beloved Gerber folding sportsman II stolen several years ago, replaced it with another, and lost it when my cheap suitcase broke open on a flight to Tennesee. I was out of production then, and I haven't replaced it yet. I don't seem to have much luck with that model.

I have a BM 735S that I have been carrying for about 6-8 months now, it has been with me through thick and thin, and has actually saved my ass on at least one occasion. I considered selling her off to be replaced by this fancy 730CFHS sitting on my shelf, and couldn't do it. I couldn't even talk myself into replacing it with a nice custom, although it is now switched to weak side carry with varying others accompanying us strong side. It almost feels like a part of me, and when I thought I lost it this weekend in the woods, I was quite upset. Luckily it turned up later and has not left my side since.
 
I really miss that original Loveless fighter I accidently threw away... lol.

Boy, now that would suck!
