Do you guys play video games?

Keep us posted!

I tried it very briefly. Couldn't figure out how to do anything but run around in an "abyss", or engage in boxing matches. Neither of which I did very well. It's unfinished and unpolished, with a very steep learning curve that it's not compelling me to surmount it.

Looks like I was hasty, and didn't use the menu correctly. Half Sword is getting another shot. I will embarrass myself for your pleasure. Expect an upload by evening.

I feel like I have more than a random chance in Exanima. I can strategize, use footwork, etc. Half Sword footwork is weak, and weapon aiming is tied to mouse movement which also controls look, and that feels like sloppy design. I don't know how the person in the video managed to unlook mouse movement. Maybe he just "got gud". But again it's not something I feel compelled to put time into dialing in.

My brother and I played multiplayer Impossible Creatures last night for the first time ever!

I play the old, original Unreal Tournament in practice mode against about 12 bots on the "Cursed" level. Just mindless battle royal violence with red blood splatter, scattered body parts, chainsaws. Your basic first person shooter. Run and gun. Great stress reliever. There's an updated (bug fixes, drivers), free version you can download and run on your PC now. Google is your friend.

Oh man, Unreal Tournament! Brings back memories. I played the campaign over and over in single player against bots because we didn't have internet connection at home yet. Atmosphere was top notch with good fast tracker composed soundtrack. :D
Weapon selection is varied and nice and the level design is unique with lots of originality.
MOMOMOMOMOMOMOMONSTERKILLLLL!

The Witcher is a great game with fantastic story

I don’t always drink a beer at 11:30 pm on Boxing Day 2025

But when I do, right afterwards, and for your enjoyment, I run OBS studio and record a blind playthrough of a level I generated with the latest stable release of Obsidian Level Maker in my own custom modded Brutal Doom setup, on "Black Metal" difficulty. It was fun.

When that music hits man.... Hot dayum....
Its a fantastic remake, better looks with all the jank still in it.

Currently playing the new Once upon a Katamari game on switch(weird japanese series where you roll up junk with a ball to make new stars), and then playing Final Fantasy XVI on Xbox. Had to wait 2 years for it to reach Xbox and then another few months for a good sale on it.

Good old bethesda!

I'm still in the tutorial and it's certainly going to take a minute to get used to it. Looks great though.

Final Fantasy XVI
I was going to skip this one but since I have the system now I'll probably grab it at some point. I don't want to sound like the old gut yelling at clouds but they've gone a different way with the last couple and I can't get excited about it anymore.

Have fun!

IMO, FF7 Remake is also a must since you have a PS5.

Finally picked Ion Fury because I've been a huge build engine games fan since Duke Nukem 3d. Level design is absolutely fantastic but the gameplay is a bit repetive at times. It has entertained me well enough but towards the end it starts to feel like a stretch.

Megaman 2 music was so good that YouTuber guitar players cover it and knife makers rock out to it at work. Well, at least one does.

What level is this track from?
