Here's a sleeper. Buck Night Hawk 655. For under $40. Doesn't have the new fancy steels, but it's a Buck, and it some times it's just 'cause ya like it. (LOL)

David Boye's dendritic cobalt folders. Super lightweight, won't rust,
cuts forever, easy to sharpen, reasonably priced. A high quality line
