Do anyone have a successful way to hide your addiction? or do you just wear it proudly, consequence be damned?

I use too at first, and I should have known better. She finds everything. It led to some arguments but she accepts it now when I don’t hide them, so it worked out anyways. My advice would be if I had to do it all over again, not to hide it from your spouse or significant other.

I only have 3 knives: 1 folder with a thumbhole, 1 folder with a opening disc and one fixed blade. The reason those 3 knives change handle- and sheath color from day to day is that I got a really good deal when I bought them, and the seller sold the knife with different scales and sheath. That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.

And of course the allready mentioned: «this old thing? Found it in the back of the closet, figured I had to start use it again»

I have, but not for some time. Better to just be honest if she asks. I don't run and tell her when I buy one but don't hide it either.
She doesn't give me grief about knives and I don't give her any about the slew of Amazon boxes that show up almost daily.

Pro tip: We buy our own presents. So much easier that way!!!
Yes, we often go down that route too! I already know what she’s ‘buying me’ for Christmas, and doubtless I will receive similar instruction nearer the time. :D
