Do You Remember This Knife?

The knives pictured look spectacular. I guess my plans for Wednesday have changed.

I think I'll buy a box of beer, put some ribs in the smoker and check my computer every few minutes to see if I can snag one.

Eric has done the work on three knives that I sent back to Canal Street, for warranty repairs. I can attest that he is an exceptionally skilled cutler. Can't wait for a chance at one of these!

That's part of the delay, Justin. I have to make sure all costs are in, or it comes out of my pocket. They won't be such a deal as the Forum Knife, but I am doing the best I can.

They are 3 3/8", Jim, with a stainless bolster.

Looks like you guys have a beautiful knife on it's way Charlie. I might just have to go for another modern knife! I like the etch.

The whole world is divided into two classes; those who don't like etches, and those who do!!
It's a good thing they agree on other things . . . . . . .;)
 
Well.... Looks like an unscheduled withdrawal from my bank account is in my near future! (I hope there'll be enough for all of us! ;) )
