Do you use your Sebenza lanyard?

A friend of mine made this for me about 5 years ago for another knife.

Thought id try it out on my sebe and so far I like the look.

I use these on most of my knives, to me they really help in pulling out the knife form the pocket or a sheath.

I just got a few lanyards tied up by our own u812. He did a great job and they're now on my EDC Sebbies

The first thing I do with a new Sebenza is cut off the lanyard with another Sebbie. It's kind of like a right of passage. I really have no use for it. I don't like anything hanging off of my knife.
