Does 1sks need RA#

I want to return something to 1SKS, does anyone know if I need to call for a RA#, or just send it back?

I can call tomorrow, but I was hoping to pack it up tonighs.

It seems 1SKS's web site is experiencing problems right now.

It's back up - Kernel panic, server fell down, went boom. Anyhow, please call for an RMA before returns - it helps us with internal tracking
