Just this past weekend:

The "Chuckette" is going out to play for the next 2 weeks...Maybe I can take some pictures ....If I can get it back from the "Hogs" I'm stopping to visit

Like Randall made knives Busse's need to be used to be appreciated to the fullest. I don't beat my Randall's but I use both brands the way they were designed and they are just awesome.

Filled my freezer with the help of my CABS last week. Best knife I have ever seen.

I gave a SCABS to my brother for Xmas one year and with the exception of his TGLB, he uses that one daily. Great size blade for an EDC

Does anyone actually use their Busse Knives? Well, my first TGLB I bought cuz I kept breaking all the other knives I had. Wasn't worried about price, just wanted a fighting style blade that was USA made and could take whatever I dished at it and ask for more, so I picked up that TGLB and beat the living crap out of it. After beating the finish off of it and cutting AC units up for scrap metal at work I sent it in for a new paint job and sharpening. Meanwhile, I have a TG14 to hold me over and I currently cut rolls of paper towels and salt treated 4x4s in half...a few trees and 2x4s also. Once my TGLB arrives back here at the demolition ranch....I will proceed to terrorize and abuse it until I see a new finish I want to put on it. .....the question should be...."Who doesn't use their Busse/Kin destructive devices? "

Let's seeeee:

AK47- clearing brush (as well as any machete)
NMFBM- splitting/ chopping logs & food prep.
HACK Game Warden,R3, AMSMO, SCRAPIVORE, Scrapizashi: food prep (yes, you read correctly, Scrapizashi for food prep. The handle wrap is "fragile" so I won't use it outdoors. I wanted to demonstrate that Sr77 can be sharp :D)
SOB- food prep, kindling.
BGASH- virgin
P.s. The scrapivore did open paint cans & bottles :-)

Scrapizashi slicing pineapple:

Nice. What are you hunting there?...;-)

Sambar Deer in the Victorian high Country - Australia. We shot a hind that day, but here is a trail cam shot from the same spot.

Pokey, the SCABS is an awesome gift for a hunting knife. Really cool of you to do that :)

Really pumped about this reground 1111 that I found on the exchange. I imagine it's pretty close to a choiless Battle Grade B11 LE now, if such a thing existed.

Came razor sharp and sailed through the green wood when I used it to hack up some honeysuckle branches today. Balance and weight are very, very good. Fast and light in hand, but still packs a wallop... It's fantastic!:thumbup::D

It's going to give these two stock blades a run for their money, they may have to meet my 1x30 soon to keep up:
