does anyone edc their blur?

I EDC'd a Blur for quite some time. Black, tanto, partially serrated... When people start asking me what a good starter pocket knife for them would be I usually tell them that they cant go wrong with the blur... I know I put mine through its paces for a couple years. After I had to replace the spring assist I started rotating it out... Basically because I liked it so much I did not want to see it lost. To this day I give it some pocket time, but it mainly sets in a safe place for one of my kids to have some day.

I hear lefties tend to be girls. Even Kershaw considers the Blur to be too manly for them:D

Hey! I think it's just that old school thinking that lefties don't need knives. Well, I fixed that anyway. :D My wife is a righty though...but she doesn't carry a knife. I have no idea where I'm going with any of this...

I was just along for the ride, and I am pleased with the ending, made me giggle laugh in a manly right handed way.

I carry my 1670BLK Black Blur plain edge with me whenever I can, and if it's not on me it's in my car. I agree with one of the other posters that it would benefit from more spine jimping for a more secure thumb grip. I wish I had known there were models with a steel-colored blade (S30V model) because I really don't like the like the black coated blade look. However, it was my first Kershaw and I wasn't familiar with the product line at the time I bought it.

Blade color notwithstanding, it's got good ergonomics and is a very functional high-quality knife, and I'm happy with mine.

Everyday i tell myself i need to carry more of my knives but i end up going back to one of my blurs. Its got a really good feel to it and melts in the hands. And I just love how it looks when it gets worn down. Its one of those knives that looks better with age. I love my Blurs <3

I cid carry a Blur for several months, but I've since replaced it with a Clash, almost identical in size, but with a flipper instead of the rather uncomfortable thumb studs.
