It goes without saying that most - if not all - of the people on this forum carry at least one knife on them basically at all times. Do you, however, carefully choose which one(s) every day?
My EDC arrangement is like this on (typically a different, more cluttered part of) my desk:
Note that it's set in a bell curve, with left-handed setups on the left and right-handed setups on the right.
I always choose two knives: One with a thicker blade stock for harder cutting, and one with a thinner stock for fine cutting. One in the left pocket, one in the right pocket.
Then, I base it on the clothing I'm wearing that day. Loose-fitting pants? Gotta go lightweight - Speedform (work) / Skyline (play) and Tenacious. Tighter pants? Gayle Bradley (work) / Southard (play) and the RAM. (And, of course, the Endura Wave for when I feel I might be in a less favorable situation.)
I have a noticeable price variety here as well - cheaper knives for when I think I'm more likely to lose them, more expensive ones when it's not so much of a risk. I don't know. It makes perfect sense to me, but then I look at the desk and think "that's $600 in knives, just to have some variety and flexibility in what you carry. You could totally sell half of those."
But then I never do
