Does Anyone Like The Old Imperials?

I am enjoying this thread! Here are 3 mischievous little Imps with solid bolsters and solid celluloid handles, which interest me. The blades are good steel, but rather worn. Fun knives!

Here are a few of mine:

the top one I re-scaled in Kapoka wood, just to see how it turned out. I like it. I plan to re-scale a trapper with some stag. The old shell scales are not very nice.

That Imperial Old Timer is likely from the 1960's, it is the same knife as an Ulster 58OT.

Or a Schrade Walden 855 like this one,

Imperial Schrade made Schrade Walden, Ulster, and Imperial knives in the 1960's.

Thanks thawk
So, no pattern number, but identical to 58 OT or the Schrade Walden 855
Nice group of knives, excellent condition

I used to buy every kamp-king scout-type knife of theirs I found, to put in car trunks and glove compartments.
In pic below, the fish knife and big barlow are Irish imperials, the rest are Rhode Islanders.

Forgive me for asking a question, the answer to which is probably common knowledge around these parts.

Did Colonial and Imperial have some sort of partnership, other than that one of Colonial's founders worked for Imperial?

The blades on Gevonovich's two knives pictured above look very similar to the blades on my Colonial barlow.

Doug Add, thanks for the link to Colonial's history. (I just saw a Ranger Barlow this morning- should have bought it.)
I get Imperial and Colonial confused.

Recent pickup, Imperial, easy opener
I noticed others like this one, posted here and elsewhere, have the same bone chip above the bail pin, on one or both sides
It is right near the opening for your fingers to pinch the blade
Carbon steel blades, super edge
