Does anyone make a fixed blade with a 3" blade and 4" handle?

Look at the Makers section. This is a Jerrett Fleming custom Field Hand. I love it. Full sized handle with a shorter blade, made with CPM 154.

I recently got a knife from a maker on the exchange (east branch knives) it's 1080 carbon steel 3.25" blade 7.75 overall 1/8 stock and cocobolo scales. Sounds to be similar to what you need and it has really hand filling (read beafy) handles great for larger hands
