This may be a bit late, but I e-mailed them and asked the same question. Roger responded in about an hour and said he would, all I had to do was put a note in the box and also send him a response with the knife I wanted so he could be sure to order it if it wasn't in stock.
From that point, I got the replacement knife in THREE DAYS. I was totally blown away. Never have I received service so prompt. Not only that, but he charged the difference back to my card! No store credit, no hassles. It was as if I never exchanged anything. I even forgot to put the note in the box, but he still put the two together.
I've only ordered twice from them, but both times I got lightning quick responses and quick shipping. Their service is amazing considering they top even discountknives.com in prices on the whole.
