perhaps all the talk of assymetrical edges and what not has him confused thinking that they deliberatly put an uneven grind on there? looks uneven to me. more pics please.

To be honest with you, I really can't comment intelligently on the edge without seeing the knife. . . . (I can barely do anything intelligently, so I need all of the help I can get!)

Send it in and we'll give it a look under the naked eye.

Thanks man and sorry for the inconvenience,

Jerry

Will do.

Thank you.

Man... the guy asked a question. I think its a fair question and aptly titled thread considering its the second knife he received with what he perceived as a problem. It doesn't sound like sarcasm. It sounds sincere. He's a customer. It really gets tiring around here sometimes when people forget we're dealing with $300+ knives. You get a guy that works 9-5 for 40 hours trying to buy a knife that costs two pay checks and he doesn't need to be made to feel like he's trying to pull something over on anyone. Maybe he should have/could have just dealt with Busse directly, but he came here. Maybe there is no problem, and its in his head. Should he ship his knife out and be without for 3 weeks to find that out? Its supposed to be a fan forum. Not a jury of 12.

I believe that this issue will be resolved with the same level of excellent customer service that all of us know Busse provides. Let's let the involved parties take it from here, shall we? :)

I agree.

I'm locking this one down as I think that it has sufficiently run its course.

We have always held to the view that the "Customer is always right". . . . Always have, always will.

Let's Drink!!!!
