It's only 99c because no one is dumb enough to bid on it. Mismatched photo, product located in China, a seller with zero feedback, and a secret bidders list. That's not just a warning alarm, it's like a whole parade of firetrucks.
 
That's the stuff that gets stamped out in China for pennies a piece. There are very few knives worth buying under $20: the Spyderco Byrds, the Ka-Bar Doziers, the Opinels, the Moras, and the Okapis. The rest are overwhelmingly junk.
