Does This Seem like the going Price?

Yea I have only been at this for about 5 months now but the money I have in those 5 months is up wards of 15k and am now realizing that's actually not that much when I see some of these collections on here. So yes this is def a "addiction" but a fun one at that;) at least I don't have a smack addiction.

Oh and W.Cole I spent 750.00 on a large F3 wharny that was preacher customed out. So I understand the price getting up there but for a plain Jain one at 930.00 seems really high but like I said I could be wrong and the secondary market could stay or go up with as good as Daves knives are!...and the excellent warranty, amazing customer service, and the low number of F3's that are out there def makes me see that being possible

You never know why the person was buying it. Could have been someone's bday gift or something along those lines. We've all seen parents paying insane amounts for the "hot" item around Christmas time. If something is hard to find and its a "must have" for some reason then you might see someone pay a lot more then market value.

That would be the nicest parents ever if they got this as a gift for their child!!

...I know I'm not the only one, get a certain knife in your head and it's all you can think about. Find that knife and you're willing to pay double what it's worth to have it...

You are certainly not alone.

I have a feeling I'm about to pay two or three times what a knife is worth in order to have it; when such things are no longer available through retail channels options become limited.

Thankfully, it was inexpensive to begin with, so I can justify it by knowing I've spent more for meals in restaurants I didn't enjoy.

Haha. It was just an example but more often the wife or GF will make the purchase.
