Nice one Tim !!! 😲 ... In, like pie
Fruit pies and cobblers
In fact when I was a kid, my mom would make pie instead of cake for my birthday as requested
Any pie will do, but Cherry Pie is my favorite ... kinda goes with the color of that Split Back Whittler
Good luck to all, and eat more pie !!!

Wow thank you for this! Im in. So many pies to choose from but I have to go with apple pie made with northern spy apples. Close second would have to be any peach cobbler made in Georgia from a hole in the wall BBQ joint.

I would also like to enter for bigfish64 bigfish64 .

If you are entering for yourself and another person, please use a separate post. That way I can be sure which is yours & for a friend. Just want to be clear for me. Two entries are good

Such a beautiful GA, Tim!! I can't resist entering for a fellow BF'er here! If I win, please send the knife to HEMI 49 HEMI 49 , who lives near my old home in Western, NY!!!!
MY favorite pie is warm Granny Smith pie, with my wife's crust, and a slice of aged Cheddar!!

Not an entry (I just won a GAW!), but thank you for your generosity. :)

My favorite pie is pumpkin, with key lime a close second. Key lime pie pro tip: If it's green, it probably isn't going to be great. ;)

Wow, I cant resist pie! I am in!
I am torn between apple and cherry pie. So I will enter apple for me, and nominate afishhunter with my vote for cherry.
Thanks! :thumbsup::)

Very nice prize! Hope you don't have to have Rabies to qualify...but the Heat can madden  Soon be whining about the Cold though:D

I like all pies & tarts except for Rhubarb which is foul sour stuff and Kidney which is also foul but beloved by the British...o_O

I do like Pecan Pie as beloved in America though 😻

This time of year Blue Plums from Hungary appear in the shops and you can fry them in butter&sugar, add Bourbon/Rum/Brandy etc to thicken, then put in a dish with flour and oats for baking. Here's one I put together some time back with a Forum Knife 17

In order to avoid non US Postage I'm not entering for myself but for B BrotherJim It's about time he got a knife from me, one way or another..... :D

Thanks, Will

Ooh, what a lovely knife. I would like to enter on behalf of 315 315

I love many kinds of pie. I have a hard time picking just one favorite. But I wanted to post a picture, and to connect to the picture, I will say strawberry-rhubarb pie. Definitely one of my favorites.

Thank you, thank you Âchillepattada Âchillepattada and pmek5 pmek5 too. Wonderful to be remembered.

As it happens Jean-Marc my favorite pie is PORK PIE too but here it is known as French Canadian Tourtiere. A long standing family Holiday tradition which always makes me think of our Mother. Very fortunate for me my wife is an excellent pie baker and she assumed my Mother's Tortiere recipe and reproduces it flawlessly. Oh my!!!

Speaking of Canada I will nominate my Canadian friend CelloDan CelloDan (NO - he is not a French Canadian but I overlook this deficiency ;)). He likes knives!

FAVORITE SWEET PIE - Strawberry Rhubarb.

Very cool! I'm in 👍

I'm in!

When I was young and living on my own, I learned how to bake pies. I suppose it was a way to feel like I was still at home. While I've never reached the level of my Mom and Grandma, I am pretty good at it.

My wife doesn't bake, so I'm still making them. My pecan pie has become a tradition in my family for Thanksgiving, but my personal favorite wiil always be rhubarb pie. Not strawberry-rhubarb, but pure, straight up rhubarb. I could eat that all day.

I don't have any rhubarb pictures, so some red knives will have to suffice...
