Is the Post Office able to recover a package without a tracking number?I lost his tracking number
Is the Post Office able to recover a package without a tracking number?
It's a long story, I don't need to explain anymore info to you guys. Ignore this thread.

How did you have the package returned to you if you lost the tracking number? Just wondering.
This is where I'm still confused. You seem to be saying you didn't know he had stopped his shipment. Why did you stop your shipment? You, also should have notified me AFTER you had your package returned back to you. That way I would have known in advance, that you did it and I probably would have let the knife be delivered to you.

Now you seem to be saying you probably wouldn't have stopped your shipment if you had known he stopped his. Why?
When you went to the post office and the clerk found the tracking number in the computer, why didn't you send him the tracking number to prove you had sent him a package? Why did you ask for the package to be returned to you?

My local post office is very small, so there is only two working clerks there that I have known for a long time, since I have always shipped from there. One of the clerks remembered when I shipped the CQC-11 to Terry. I told her I lost the tracking number but I needed to have my package immediately returned to me. I gave her Terry's address and mine so she, checks the computer (trusting me) and finds the tracking number that I bought registered there. So, I didn't need to show her the receipt with the tracking number because it gets registered in the computer when you buy it. That and I have known her for a long time so she trusts me and she remembered when I shipped the CQC-11 also. Now, I am currently waiting for it to arrive to me.
You, see Terry I told you that you would have been holding that knife if you trusted me. There was no need to flood my inbox with emails like that, and I did keep in contact with you. You, also should have notified me AFTER you had your package returned back to you. That way I would have known in advance, that you did it and I probably would have let the knife be delivered to you. I also, assured you that I am here to do solid and honest trades. I even showed you that I have 2 positive feedbacks. There was no need for this to happen, because we both would have received our items.
Well, this raises questions but at least it will be resolved.
.
Simple, if he's stopping his shipment then I'm stopping mine and the deal is over, no matter what! That's why I didn't need to give him the tracking number because th deal was over and I notified him regarding that. Besides the clerk didn't print out another tracking number. I found out that he stopped his shipment the day his package was to arrive at my door because that's why and when I went to the post office. After I found out he had his package returned to him. I did the same right there. If he immediately emailed me telling me he had his package returned to him I might have been ok with it. But it came to me as a surprise the day I was expecting the package to arrive.
Are you trying to accuse me of being a scammer cougar?

BTW I have not yet received the CQC-11 it's going to take a few more days for it to arrive back in my possession.
