I am in this camp as well. 3.4-3.6 is my current EDC sweet spot. However, I definitely see the usefulness of a slightly smaller knife and may look to add one of these to fill that role.

I think the Domino will feel good enough
The Para 2's cutting edge is only 3 inches despite being 3.5 blade

Okay thank you. I know the domino and Southard do. The domino is the second Sypderco to have ball bearings.

I didn't know it had bearings too. 3.1" blade, xhp, Ti with insert, flipper, and bearings?!?!?! This is my grail spyderco.

I don't have a para 2 right now but despite the shorter cutting edge, it fits the hand very well. My issues with smaller knives is that they don't fit my hand well enough. The domino however looks to be just at the right size to be a small folder that still fills my hand.
