Dont leave us hanging...what did you pry?
Is there enough left for a cap lifter?

Good chance to turn lemons into lemonade?!
Caplifting is a form of prying so No.
Don't pry? Not even a little bit?
No.
And by the looks of that blade it was more than a little bit of prying ...
Heres the reason for my Chronic Pryanoia ..20220613_100847.jpg
This #79 Workhorse Whittler...Mammoth scales is the 2nd most
expensive knife I own...
I stuck it straight into a piece of soft weathered half rotten log for a photo...when pulled it out the tip had snapped off...OK I may have levered it slightly but no way should it have broken...ground too thin and thats why I say Not SurPrysing.Dont Pry.

I love slippies but they really, really don't like lateral stress.

I have mentioned this before, but I used a new Sodbuster to scrape coconut meat out of the shell and after half of a single nut the rivet worked loose.

Now I only use them to cut straight cuts or at slight angles.

That's why they make Medfords: so you don't have to use your GECs for prying. (*_*)
I don't know what else they could be good for since they seem like a better pry bar than a knife, but they also seem like a worse pry bar than an actual pry bar 😁

Seriously though , this is very easy to carry, inexpensive, saves your knives, and can be used as a knife pick if needed.

I would say that 50% of the knives I carve with will eventually loose a tip. Notice the warncliff is not quite as pointy as it came from the factory. I have become fairly proficient at correcting the issue. Now the ops issue is a whole nother level.
