Don Hanson’s new SlipTac. A modern Take on a Slippy.

Don Hanson III Don Hanson III you took and idea and absolutely knocked it out of the park Don! So many cool little elements wrapped into this one.
Megalobyte Megalobyte Ari! You already know what I think of this one. A very cool blend of old and new, so perfectly executed by one of the very very best. I’m happy this one turned out better than you even imagined. Congrats to you both.

Glad to see you back at it, Ari. That Hanson is a home run. Always appreciated and admired your photography and specs description on the knives in your collection. You still have game. Great project.

What a cool pattern. Don, IMHO, is in a category all by himself. You don't need to see a maker's mark to recognize a Hanson knife, one of the few defining characteristics of a small minority of makers whose work (and name recognition) will long outlive the master. Never met a Hanson knife that wasn't a beaut.

And that doesn't even address the world's largest reserve of mammoth......
