i have to agree with you booty...customer
service should be no.1, all other prioritites
rescinded. even if you were having a bad
day...that is not relevant. you gave your
hard earned money to a firm for a product
and a service. making up for it after the
fact is good, but a little late to be
concerned about customer relations. after
seeing ko's resonses, i will stay away
from them...
