Hi all! I received a request to build a tactical from a customer at the LOS Gun Show in Asheville. I made this for a guy who is extremely pleased with it and thought I'd run it by y'all. He emailed me on Monday and, by the following Tuesday (which was Halloween) I completed it. Of course, I took the weekend off and made a few more knives, too!

If anyone wants one, I am taking orders-- $165 gets the knife and leather sheath mailed anywhere in the continental US. I take checks, money orders, and can receive credit cards, paypal.

Now this is about as a no b.s. knife as one could want. Ready to go into deep dark places or not! Extremely fine work sir. keepem sharp

Nice grinds. I did one symetrical double edge knife in my life and stopped there. It is not easy to do and it looks like you did a great job!

Thanks! I've been doing it for 30 years...it gets easier as the years go by. it's notching the finger-grooves with a file that drives me nuts!!!

thanks. i can't believe some of the nice stuff i see on here more than anywhere else.

i really love what i do and i stand behind my work 100%. i think i'm getting better at picturemaking, which i never thought id' have to know to make a blade! well, at least to make a living....

Well all...i'm on the east coast and i'm headin for bed. If anyone wants me to make one just for them, I'll check here first thing in the a.m. if you can't wait, see what i already have in stock... good nite.

You amaze me Eddie. Your grind lines are perfectly straight and well defined. I have always considered a double edge grind to be more work than making two single edge knives. And for only $165; what a bargin.

I like it alot, but I'd prefer it without the cutouts in the handle. Any problem making one up that way?

Gerry, thanks for the look, maybe one day i'll sell a few! still tryin.
It was nice to see you at the show.:)

O Weak One! Eddie's wife here...this pic wasn't intended for viewing, but shows the sheath. The sheaths are American made and come preformed. Eddie conforms the sheath to the knife, stains and protects. The fit is snug to be sure.

I really like it. I may decide to order one in a few weeks when I get paid again. I love that design, and the grinds look top notch. Don't discontinue this design, it's a really nice one.
