Double-Edge Tactical in Green Canvas

I really like it. I may decide to order one in a few weeks when I get paid again. I love that design, and the grinds look top notch. Don't discontinue this design, it's a really nice one.

Letting you know that this design looks like it's becoming the Star! It ain't goin' nowhere, will be here when you are ready! Thanks so much for your interest!

This has been such a great experience! The guy that I collaborated with had already emailed me and said it looked great, so I thought that would probably be all. Well, he just called to say it was more than he had ever hoped for, his quote "knife of a lifetime". When I told him that I put the pictures up here, he told me to tell y'all to call him anytime. We settled for giving you his email address :) His name is John Fillmore and his email is johnrfillmore@hughes.net

Hope all the rest of you who ordered this model, a custom, or another model will be as pleased!

I just clicked your profile here and used the email link, if you didn't receive it, I could send it to a different address.

I am continually amazed at the quality of workmanship the custom knife makers
on this forum put into their products. To me this knife is the ultimate evolution of the Clovis spearpoint. A flint knife maker of yore would recognize it immediately but would have attributed it to a supernatural maker. This would be the most revered object in the clan.

Receieved mine today from USPS. It is one dandy well executed Double Edge knife. Enjoyed the transaction including the great communications.

Thanks again for the extra "Mark"

Chris

O Weak One! Eddie's wife here...this pic wasn't intended for viewing, but shows the sheath. The sheaths are American made and come preformed. Eddie conforms the sheath to the knife, stains and protects. The fit is snug to be sure.

Is this the correct sheath for the knife? Its not a dagger sheath.

BruceB- true, this is not a truedaggersheath. as stated somewhere here sometime (sorry biz got bizzy), the sheaths come to me before being formed and i conform the knife into the hot, wet sheath. after a dagger gets fitted, it's very glovelike, holds tight. i am new to the sheathmaking and have admitted that, sorry. i promise you it wouldn't jump out. also possible that wasn't the exact sheath.

first i make the blade, then post the pic. mosttimes the sheath isn't made yet and takes a little time.

hope this makes some sense! we are weary!

thanks everybody for the great response to all my models!

Eddie, you have been very quiet lately; we are starting to worry about you. Drag yourself out of that shop once in a while and look at the sunshine!

Gerry, Lora dragged me out of the shop for the weekend and we partied with old friends!
By the way, your blades came out looking quite good and I am shipping them tomorrow. eddie
