Finally got around to the sheath and sharpening. This model is obviously heavily influenced by the famous Kasper/Polkowski model. Ergonomic G-10 handle, balance at the finger notch.

Absolutely beautiful! Mark, how well would that design scale down to a 5.5" blade length? Thats the legal limit in Texas

Funny, I was thinking it would be a great pig sticker if it were scaled up a bit. We don't have length limits here in Canada, not that I'm trying to rub your nose in it, or anything.;)

You've definitely caught my attention. Nice grinds. Nice work.

Thanks Grumpy and Hondo ! Hey grumpy, I measured tip to g-10 for 6". The cutting edge is 5.5. I didn't think of legal limit issues, I wonder where a Texas LEO would measure? Otherwise scaling up or down would work. I'd love to add 3 or 4 inches.

I would like to wrap my hand around the grip to see what it feels like, another interesting piece from you

Mark,

The safe thing to do is to measure from the tip of the blade to the beginning of the handle. The double edge would invalidate it also in Texas but damn, if it could be left as a false edge Hmmmmm! I just love the look of it. Damn this site! Taking control of my wallet!

Grumpy, I feel your pain Bro!! Soooooo much excellent stuff like this here! I'm out 'round Lubbock. Where you at??

Oh WOW! That does look very much like a Kaspar/Polkowski Pug (iirc), which in my mind is one of the raciest looking large concealed carry fighters in existence. Beautiful work Mark, that is simply gorgeous.
