Just wanted to share my experience as I'm pretty pumped...

About 6 weeks ago I received a ZT0551 - at first the knife was perfect but after a few of weeks of use it developed a very small amount of vertical blade play.

So I couriered it to Kai USA from Singapore (somehow Fedex had the knife back in the USA the next day???) and explained the issue on the warranty form.

Anway I get an email from the crew at Kai 2 days later saying my knife was fixed and would be in the post to me the next day!

The knife arrived today and they have replaced the locking side handle - no charge. The knife now locks up crisply and solid as a vault. On top of that they have sharpened it to an amazing razor like edge. I know that I really shouldnt have had to deal with this type of issue with a quality knife like this but I guess this stuff happens from time to time.

Overall Im just really impressed with the service and the knife itself - awesome on both counts! Its a real pleasure to see a company this serious about looking after customers.
