Given what I've read, and my personal experience, I wouldn't try. It's quite easy to shake the blade open.I really want one, but getting one in Canada is kinda tough.

Is this a limited production number of knives? Or will this be available to purchase for the foreseeable future?
Is the blade shape and size on this the same as the BM Rittergrip?

Yeah, but they are a KnifeWorks exclusive, and their international dealings are a hassle.
The whole money-order business is more work than I can be bothered with tbh.I live in France and I ordered 2 Hogue Ritter from KnifeWorks. No problem at all for the shipping.

Not true,Just place an order. The worst that can happen is it gets cancelled.
They are willing to ship knives out via USPS First Class Mail for $15.95 but what I do not like about them is they also charge $5 for the every additional half pound and $2.50 for every $100 in value.
Nobody else does this - if you ask me it's kind of highway robbery
It's the getting seized at the boarder I'm more concerned about.
