i cant seem to get the design of the dpx hest folder out of my head love it!!.... but what are competitors around the same price..? any info will be greatly appreciated:D..
( the bottle opener seems like a great feature)..

i own one and i feel it worth its money, but i know some people aren't to keen on them.....so far the blade been good to me.

It is a sturdy yet still relatively compact folder. Some people had an issue with the earlier models (lock up or tip sticking out), I didn't and it's worth investigating if the problems were resolved in the main production.

I have an LE edition which had any issues fixed before I received it. I really like it; compact design and solid as hell.

Had one on pre-order, waited way past expected delivery date and started to have second thoughts. Now its my user, i'm glad i got it.

My loyal user.the blade that made me love D2. Stout folder with plenty of possibilities..
The edge sticking out to me is over-hyped. I have a ZT Mudd that will cut me easily IF i insert my fingers slightly deeper in between the scale.

I dig it :)

Switches out with my bm rift and umnumzaan depending on my mood. It's definitely up to doing some work, I wish the blade was a little bit thinner actually so it sliced better. I got one of the first production ones and haven't had any of the problems other guys have had, I might have just been lucky tho...

I think they get compared to the zero tolerance line a lot, but I have little experience with them...

I have a LE sterile and got my son a production model. Great knife, it's an EDC for both of us.

I have a sterile LE, been using it for months, and loving it. Its a compact, easy to carry folder, and with an almost 5mm thick blade, and the rotoblock feature, is a hard use working tool.

man i think im gonna pick up one.... does it flick open with ur thumb or do you have to use some wrist action?..( thanks for the pics )

I've got more of a problem with the designer of the knife than I do with the design of the knife, though I'm not a real big fan of the design either.

you can even learn to wave it out with the bottle opener, i got pretty good at it!!! grade blade, love EDCing it!!!!

wow this thing sells like hot cake.
I thought that "people don't like it", and was planning to order one...:(
BTW has anyone heard anything about the Izula folder yet? I'm also waiting for the ant...

I think it's a great design, but after I saw how Mr. Pelton treated people here and elsewhere, I personally wouldn't buy anything with RYP on it. YMMV...
