Neither because the Salt SE is superior to the vg10 version. Also you can Dye the yellow FRN to be most any color you like (except blue I think)

Knife handle, I'll go with black. If you are looking for medical advice, generally best to stay with orange.
had orange thought it was cool at 1st easy to spot out but after awhile got sick of the bright color. then got black, yes it maybe boring but its classic/never gets old/goes w everything. happy w blk but sometimes do want orange. get orange dye one side blk 2 knives in on
