SOLD delivered USPS Priority.

This stout little drop point is made from 1/8" thick S30V and black G10 with stainless steel pins and tube.

The blade measures 4" from tip to the start of the G10.

The belly of the blade is hollow ground transitioning into a convex grind at the tip, and the spine is rounded.

Here are some new photos added to show the sheath and a better look at the grind.

Feel free to offer comments or questions, I'm a new maker and looking for constructive feedback as much as sales.

Most of the BF crew will ask if there's a sheath and would like to see it. Looks like a great knife, I like the clean strong looking design and 4" blade minimum on a fixed blade for me.

If I would possibly change something, maybe a little more finger guard could be appropriate, IMO.

If that's the start, I would definitely keep going!

looks nice. it's a little hard to see the grind of the tip. looks like your bevel is not as wide at the tip as it is at the main cutting edge. Could just be the glare in the pics though. I like the filed handle.

Re-read the description--grind transitions from hollow in the rear to convex out front. Kinda seems like a neat idea, thin back in the slicing section and a little more robust out towards the tip...

I agree with SpearZ--I'd prefer a little more drop to the ricasso to help keep my fingers off the edge, but overall I think it looks very good.

Excellent feedback folks, thank you!

I'll post a picture of the sheath and another one showing the blade grind in a little more detail later this week - wife and kids are out of town and have the good camera.

Price reduced again, hope this one finds a good home soon.

The S30V has been heat treated to Crudible's specifications in an evenheat kiln. It is very sharp and very sturdy.
