Hi everybody,
Not interested in trades---my problem is a lack of space for the mountains of sharp steel I've acquired over the years, so replacing one with another won't achieve anything. ;)

I've just taken shots of areas I want you to see---overall views, specific scratches/marks or what the bevels look like if they're no longer factory. I will happily take more detailed pictures of anything you like, from any angle you like, and email them to you. If you want more than one, I'll deduct $20 per knife added given my savings in shipping.

Please post "I'll take it" here on the thread for anything you want, in addition to PMing or emailing me through the forum, that way there's no doubt as to who was first. Also, please do NOT say "I'll take it" and then send me a PM negotiating on price. If you say you'll take it, you're agreeing to the asking price. Prices include shipping and insurance. Payment by paypal (I'll eat the fees) or USPS money order, please. I'll happily ship anywhere in the US. For international sales, we can figure out additional shipping costs, but check your local laws before you order and I cannot be held responsible for what happens to the knife once it leaves these shores, nor will I lie on the customs form about what's in the box. Many countries have a limit in terms of how much USPS will insure packages--I probably can't insure the knife for the entire value internationally.

If you do not get an immediate response from me, do not panic! :D My office blocks Bladeforums (along with anything else fun) and I seldom have time to look at email during the day anyway. As such, I take care of things in the evenings when I get home. If you were first to say you'll take something on the thread, rest assured you'll be getting a response that evening.

Brief word on condition---Please carefully inspect knives upon receiving them. I try to be absolutely meticulous about finding flaws on anything I sell , but if I miss something (it's happened) please let me know immediately, and we can talk about either an adjustment to the price if you still want it, or a complete refund in addition to me covering the return shipping. My reputation is important to me, and I'll never try to slip anything by you.
Some of the knives below have been sharpened. If you're concerned, go ahead and ask over on the Busse/Rat/Dog boards if t1mpani knows what he's doing when it comes to sharpening. :)
Here we go!

Scrap Yard Bird Dog LE#44 with Okuden sheath and Large Tek-Lok Never used, it got carried on one hunting trip where I never had an animal to process with it. Edge has been thinned and evened out, probably during my water stone era, looks like I got a lick onto the plunge point in the ricasso/choil area. Light scratches on blade from sheath, also some sheath marks on handle. If you haven't experienced Brian Wagner's sheath work, you're going to be blown away. Heavy duty, extremely secure (no wiggling at all) and yet you don't have to have gorilla hands to get the knives in and out. Many months wait for a sheath from him, and there's a reason. $175 Now $165 SOLD

Scrap Yard Regulator Never used or sheathed, factory edge bevel. Has a few marks in Res handle, a dent (I think it was up against the edge of a drawer) at the guard, a little scuff in the middle of the handle, and a scratch at the butt. The scratch is superficial and definitely (and maybe the scuff too) would be erased by four seconds over a lit match, but I'll let you decide if you want me to do that for you, you do it yourself, or just don't worry about it. Anyway, minor as it is, it ain't perfect. :) $140 SPF

NMSFNO *Yes, it's a special forces outlaw, melted in a nuclear attack. *Dark Grey coating with green micarta scales. *Factory edge bevel but has been polished on a loaded strop. *No flaws anywhere in finish, never used or sheathed. $490 SOLD

Scrap Yard Scrapper 5 Green coating with brown mudder handle. Never used or carried. Edge was thinned and polished using the rubber-backed sandpaper method, taken to about 1,000 or 1,200 grit it looks like. Handle has a molding imperfection along the back, you can see the little light colored area in the last shot. $200 SOLD

Swamp Rat Mischief 6 with Semper Paratus Tacticle Sheath (nylon with kydex lining) Knife doesn't look to have ever been used, I bought it from another forumite years back. Factory edge bevel. Some coating wear by the sheath on the forward part of the blade (the point of the sheath is pointing at it in the second shot) as well as on the guard, and also a tiny bit of finish wear around the lanyard hole at the butt. $220 SOLD

Fusion Battle Mistress LE #76 Pretty much brand spanking new, the only flaws I could find were a rubbed place on the spine right where it goes from full thickness into the swedge. Also, there is a factory finish defect (I remember it when it showed up) on the spine back in the handle, you can see it next to the wrinkles in my thumb knuckle in the last shot. Factory edge, never used, never sheathed. $935 SOLD

Anniversary Steel Heart1 Brand new, mint, flawless, factory edge. Black with black and tan magnum scales. $490 SOLD

Swamp Rat Ratmandeux LE#78 Never used or sheathed, not a mark on it. The edge is SO shiny that I wonder if I stropped it, but I don't think so--there are a couple little sections of burr/wire on the edge, and I can't imagine me not removing that. Not a flaw that I can find anywhere. $220 SOLD

Swamp Rat Ratmandu with Okuden Sheath and Large Tek Lok Never used that I remember. Edge has been thinned and polished on a Wicked Edge. Some smoothing of the coating from the sheath, though it only shows up in the right light. Again, Brian's kydex work is out of this world. $200 SOLD

Swamp Rat Uncle Mojo with leather sheath by Dwayne Puckett Okay, this one hasn't been used but it was carried a few times and was obviously sharpened. Factory edge was extremely thick, and I did this in front of a friend as proof that you CAN sharpen (and in this case re-profile) a recurved edge on a wide bench stone, freehand, IF you know what you're doing. This was done on a DMT 10" XXC and then progressed to coarse and fine, and then the final microbevel applied with a ceramic stick. You can see where the coating on the inner edge of the choil got scraped on the stone--hey, I'm damn good but nobody is perfect. ;) There is a scratch in the coating (but not all the way through) at the butt of the tang, and there are some light scuffs on the sheath, as well as the imprint of the handle scales on the belt loop. EXTREMELY sharp knife, be warned. $210 SOLD

Swamp Rat Muddy Ratweiler with Chuddy Bear Leather Sheath Factory edge, never used or carried, flawless. Sheath has imprint of handle scales on belt loop, and a couple light storage marks. $390 SOLD

Very well, 'tis yours---and you don't have a PM incoming because you already got one! :D

Gah! LOL
Okay guys, please say "hey this is for the Ratmandu" or whatever you buy when you send paypal, just to avoid confusion. I'll figure out the ones I've already received. I wasn't expecting to have to move this fast this evening, obviously I under-priced these. :D

Okay, I'll be on the lookout, MtnMan

Supertac, your mail was sent about ten minutes ago, so hopefully bladeforums cooperates.

I have to do some cleanup downstairs for probably 45 minutes to an hour, guys, so I'll check back in then and see what's transpired. Thanks!

Payment received!

Whew!! Okay, all knives thus far claimed have been payed for and will ship out tomorrow evening when I get home from work (there's a mailing kiosk at my PO so they don't have to be officially open when I go). Sold items have been marked sold. I appreciate yáll very much! I'm going to turn in for the night, so if anyone jumps on anything overnight, so long as you're the first to say "I'll take it" on the thread here, it'll be yours. :)
