Okay, the server at home claimed it couldn't connect to Bladeforums this morning, so here I am across the street from work at a WiFi coffee shop and a laptop. I'm in the process of answering messages now. 
Edit: Messages responded to, knives marked "SPF" or "SOLD" as the case may be. I have to actually go back in to work now and will be in and out of meetings all day---again, I can't get to BF from the work server, and loading on phone LTE is incredibly slow, so I'll TRY to check in on things here during the day, but if you say "I'll take _____" and don't hear from me immediately, don't panic---if you're the first, it's here plain as day, and I'll confirm just as soon as I can break away from the salt mines!

Okay, I'm home---I've updated the OP with the needed updates, shifted the remaining three knives to the top, and now I'll begin packaging and will head out to get the knives mailed in about two hours or so; giving a little time for one or two fellows to get their payments sent this evening so that their knives are moving to them as quickly as possible.
That said, don't be shy---claim your NMSFNO, Regulator, and or Bird Dog for your very own this evening and make me work a little harder. I've got plenty of boxes.
