Has anyone bought the Project I that was posted by DrRMJ? As soon as he posted it for sale I emailed him stating I wanted it. I got no response for a day or two and then all the sudden he posted it as sold. Never contacting me or explaining anything. I'm sure I was the first to respond to his post. The knife was posted at a real low price. Maybe he changed his mind, and figured out he could make more money and pulled it. Or perhaps just sold it. Either way he could have the curtiousy to let me know what he is up to instead of just ignoring me. If you are honest, and just explain the situation, people will understand. I am very dissapointed with this person. If I have misjudged him(you)in any way; please except my apologies.

I can't defend DrRMJ as to this incident but:

1)I've had dealings with him and they were
terrific.

2)I e-mailed him in the last week and got no response, maybe he's down with that virus?

I'm sure he is not intentionally slighting
you. Give him a little time.

I've sent emails to people who get excellent reviews in GBU, never received a reply, then saw the knife listed as sold a few days later. I guess some people just lean on the delete key once the deal goes through. Oh well.

Whenever I post a knife for sale, I deal with the e-mails that come to my house, not the quickest response on the forums. There are so many people here that do not post.

As to your other problem, I make sure I respond to every e-mail I receive, since I initiated the activity by posting in the first place.

The only other reason I posted is so I can be right under Win and have my virtual drool seep up to his post

Thanks for responding guys. I'm not sure what is going on. I'm sure he is a fine fella, but I just wish he would let me know what's going on. I've had great dealings with every person I've dealt with on the forums; and likewise people feel about me. As stated, I also reply to any emails I receive.

Actually I e-mailed him because his profile said he was from Rowland Heights, CA. I am probably going to visit that area in another 2 months or so, so just wanted to pop up and say 'hi' or something.

Didn't get a response. Must be the e-mail virus. I think it was Doc RMJ anyways....

K-guy, actually DrRMJ sold CRK knife to me , all transaction take 1min and his response no more than 10sec ( fastest deal in my BF history) , deal status for today – my MO is in the mail .
