That is a very inflamatory comment, is because i did everything you asked me to do and i followed every request you made. Or is it because you told me it would cost $27.00 to ship my knife back to me and i said i would make it a even $30.00 but today i recieved my SHBM back and saw the actual shipping charges were $9.50 not $ 27.00 as you stated. Again i would like to thank you for your help with this matter. But i thought you were doing it out of kindness not for profit. I emailed you and said i expect you to refund the the extra shipping charges you over quoated me. It seems only fair to me. Im not mad why are you. A explanation of why you told me on the phone, it would cost $27.00 to ship me knife back to me and then i said lets make it $30.00 for your trouble helping out then i recieve the knife and shipping is $9.50 hmmmmmmmmmmm. Oh yea i forgot to mention i also allowed you to make a pattern my 1/300 since yousaid you have never had one there. here is a pic of the USPS shipping on the knife as it arrived today it speaks for it self. sincerely ,Paul

AFAIK, insurance charges do not show up on the shipping ("stamp") label with USPS.

It would also appear that Priority mail was printed online on the lower stamp and the $9.50 was added later, possibly because the online postage wasn't enough. So it is difficult to tell how much he actually paid, but it would appear that it is more than $9.50.

This happened to me once.

I emailed Dwayne today earlier . came back home and saw this. we have been in constant communication. I followed every request completly. and much faster than the other party. I am not mad at all just confused because all i see is a USPS sticker for $9.50 and i sent $30.00 to have it shipped back. If Dwayne paid what he has stated all is well and thankyou Again. I only started this thread because i can not add to his. I guess sending the SHBA back 3 or 4 days before the other party did. is me not following directections. I also provided every pic as requested of the actual packing INS.del confirmation as well. Ohhhh yea Dwayne asked my permission to pattern the 1/300 SHBM i said yes go ahead. Buy im the bad guy,LOL you all figure it out.

Ok, wasn't hard. I guessed on everything and low and behold, I came within a dollar of what he quoted you. Priority shipping, $1500.00 dollars in insurance, delivery confirmation, from San Antonio Texas to Laurel (guessing, I have no idea where you are in Md.) Maryland (all estimations mind you, don't get confused)... $26.55... Dwayne was right, you misunderstood, no biggie.

thankyou, ive never bought shipping on line ever. always in person and did not know that. My email to Dwayne was respectful to him. I was just very surprised to see $9.50 as postage and asked for some of the overcharge back . Then he posted to a thread i cant post nor can anyone else. I had to start something else.
