will the real protos please stand up.

Ok, these are the two original Steel Heart protos, but these aren't mass produced protos. The chances of seeing anymore of these is about as good as seeing the dodo bird. One is a full length fighter with a dagger style blade sharp on both sides. The other is a more std drop point and the spine is slightly rounded, both are bead blasted, but the most unusual feature is that the handles are actually turned down much further than the normal E handles and than handles are not as wide so they feel better. The plunge lines are also unusual and much further out. Anyway Selling the fighter for $1250 shipped and insured and the non swedge proto for $1200 shipped and insured. If you collect E handles then these are a must. I should probably be selling these for much more.

If these were BM's I would probably keep one due to their rare nature. But since I don't collect steel hearts someone else can. SEE LAST POST FOR PRICE CHANGES
PRICE DROP the rouded spine left for $750

Check out the semi rounded spine on this knife. I have only seen this on Foo's WASP SHBM. A very rare feature on a rare proto.

You E handle collectors should not pass these up. these are the first E handles.

Price drop on both for the weekend $100 off each and another $50 off if purchased together.

not sure but I will go check. I think they are both the same thickness, which would make sense as they were probably made at the same time. I'll post the thickness

first, the fighter style proto is sold...

$750 shipped insured and paypal for the rounded top proto. The fighter is gone.

Is the bead blast on the round-spine SH-E proto from the Busse shop?

Mike, these are as they came from Busse. Bead blasted and rounded spine and they are much different than the std e-handles, much more of a drop. The fully double edged one is gone, but the rounded spine one remains.
