Early Busse Blades From The 1980s. . . . . .

You know, Jerry, I think I might have a flask that would fit in the handle of that first one...:eek::eek:

Y'know, in case you were needing some medicine with you at all times, or somethin'...:D

Those are seriously beautiful blades!

The teeth on my old Parrish. I don't recall if I ever tried to saw anything with it.

I'm guessing these blades were made out of ATS-34 and/or A-2. And unicorn tears.

Pretty sweet! I was a toddler when you made those. It'd be cool to have a busse almost as old as I am.

Anyone know the names of the first two? Were they actual productions or one offs?

Pretty sure they were all hand made one offs in the preproduction era of the 80's. ;)

Jerry, How did you deal with the "tang" issue with that hollow handle one? .... I know your obsession with knives being indestructible.

Jerry,
I remember conversations that we have had about knives that you sold in Fayetteville, and had to send messages back to Wauseon to bring more knives to sell. Would love to see some of those if you get the chance sometime. Love the 80's stuff Bro, awesome lines and attention to detail, the same as today's Busse Knives.

Thanks so much Bossman and HBD is in order sometime around now!!

Ronnie

Lately, I have been starting to dig this style of knife. Don't own any but it's pretty sweet in its own way. So cool to see that such a Busse exists!
