Recommendation? Easy to close blade for bartender girlfriend

Thank you all for the suggestions. I think I'm going to try and snag a bugout off the exchange because it looks like a slim lightweight knife (maybe she'll like the axis lock based on some of your comments). I've owned a few mini grips over the years and they are a little thick in the handle. Her work "pants" have a pocket along the leg where she keeps her bar-blade and there's a similar thin/long pocket on the opposite leg she can use for the knife. I forgot to mention she's a lefty, so now the axis lock makes even more sense. Thanks ya'll!
