Just for the record, I went and checked the seller mentioned by flamegate has 6698 transactions on ebay, with a 99.9% rating.

I think that says it all.

flamegate however has 4 transactions.

Sorry if I seem bitchy about this one, but I have had non-paying and backout bidders myself, and they cost me and cause alot of hassle.

In your first post, you stand on the Bible.

Early in the Bible, God accuses Adam of something. Adam responds, "It wasn't me. It was the woman -- the woman you put here -- who give me the apple."

In other words, Adam denies responsibility for his actions and trys first to shift the blame to Eve and then, as a backup in case that fails, to God himself. Adam tries to blame the only other two entities there are to blame for his actions. Adam literally tries to blame everyone except himself. Adam should have replied, "God, I screwed up. It was my fault. I knew better, but I gave in to temptation. I did it and now I'm ready to accept the consequences of my actions." Instead, he tries to pawn the consequence of his actions, the consequences he deserves, off on Eve.

People are still doing the same thing today.

You made a contract. You broke that contract. And now you want to pawn the consequences of your broken contract off onto someone else.

And you're trying to stand on the Bible to justify it!

I will say this just one more time: You should be thankful that this seller is letting you out of your legally-binding contract for just $5.



And I will also say this one more time too: you have falsely accused this man in a very public forum. You have born false witness against your neighbor. You need to repent of your actions. You need to appologize here in the same way you accused. And you need to appologize to him directly too.

but, its usual practice for a seller to charge a restocking fee, its the buyers responsibility to find out the customs/laws that pertains to his area, so....
