This slip jointwith half stop is called the Alpin ,this is by Fidele ,France . Not used ,but has been handled & opened and closed . The factory edge has been stropped on a stone to " tune it up " Thin flat grind 14C27 ss ,sharp & slicy. I'd saya 5+ pull,pinchable. Pretty nice ebony ,ss bolster,liner & pins ell made for the price range .
