I don’t own that many knives, so the choice isn’t so hard.

I basically pick up whatever I feel like for the day, and then maybe another, and roll with that.

Recently the CH Emperor has been my go-to. It’s not “expensive” ($140 is still a lot of money, but not compared to lots of knives…), it’s gorgeous, and the action is PERFECT.

Mid day change out as this just arrived, had to use some narrower paracord and removed the inner strands in order for it to work
