It's a custom Landi made with 1095 steel. It my most used kitchen knife. Holds an edge very well and very easy to touch up.

Do you folks ever look at all these pictures and wish there were more people local to you with an interest in this stuff? I mean, I've dragged my friends and some of my family into the world of knives (my closest friend, brother-in-law, and dad all carry decent stuff and know their gear now), but it's like we're all sitting here, like-minded and friendly, but peppered all across the globe. Why can't everyone be into knives?!
