EDC II Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I picked up a Para 2 last week to see if it lived up to the hype, and I got to say I'm a bit disappointed.

I ripped open the box and checked the centering and blade play right away. I quickly realized that the blade was perfectly centered, absolutely no blade play, smooth as butter and great F&F. Needless to say I was a bit pissed off, I hate it when I receive a blade that is damn near perfect! LMAO

Seriously though, I'm VERY impressed! This blade hasnt left my side since I got it. Its so smooth already, I cant wait to get it broken in! Such a awesome blade for $100!! I now understand the hype. I really like the ergos and the choil to, I really just love everything about it.

Congrats! Probably my favorite production knife beside the military. Everything about it is perfect.

Looks GREAT! ;) The heels are not easy. I had one short section at the heel on this 0561 that was plunged into a little deeper than the rest of the primary grind (a dip if you will) and I decided to stop where it was rather than grind away more steel in front of it to remove it. The other side didn't have it. Over time, I'll get to it with more touch ups anyway ;) Well done!

Thanks Rick:) That 0561 looks spectacular! I love the learning curve that comes with new sharpeners. It's really exciting when you can see the mirror starting to form after each stroke of the higher grits.

For sure :) And we alsways will have challenges because, regardless of the knife or maker/MFG and cost, the canvas is not always perfect . . .
 
As I am right now I have a
Kersahw skyline, clipped right from pocket.
Queen #9 stockman in the from right pocket
Leatherman Juice s2 in back left pocket.
