I'm not sure. I've taken it apart a few times and tried to fine tune it to no avail. I'm thinking maybe its the rougher finish on the liners where the washers contact so when I get some finer 1000 grit sandpaper, Ill sand those areas and hopefully it will be nice and smooth.

Heh, the Mosin wouldn't fit in the pic. There's another reason, btw, the rounds wouldn't fit in the chamber of the Glock. It ALWAYS has a round chambered!

Could something have stuck on the detent ball? You can test that by pushing the liner lock aside and moving the blade.

That's what I thought at first and that's why I took it apart in the first place but there's nothing on the Detent or around it. The blade does have some sort of weird finish where the washer meets the blade but it doesn't feel rough. It's very frustrating.

Ok, how trying to feel around with a q-tip in the pivot hole? If there's any kind of burr there, the cotton will snag.
