Thanks guys! I love the knife but did not care for the brown g10! I'm not sure how deep the dye penetrated hopefully it does not start to wear with use, but for $3 you cant beat it

I'm really itching for warmer weather, grilled chicken breast with caramelized onions, fresh plum tomatoes, basil, buffalo mozzarella, balsamic reduction, and a side of baby spinach.

Laguiole was king, but I think I need a Pattadese at some point, no family from Sardinia, only Sicily ( fathers family ) and Naples ( mothers family ).

Thanks for the info. I'm not worried about the weight, but more so the thickness and width. Also whether I really need a knife that beefy. I was thinking about the contegtoo. Have you handled it?

They're awesome right? I couldn't believe it was the 26 dollar knife I had ordered when I got it. I'd carry it but its a bit big for right now. plus I'm still pretty attached to my native.

William - I am soo in love with that HEST. The Dye Job on the scales looks great!

RG02 - The Albatros is more of a tank than the Techno, I owned the Techno before and loved it. It's a great little tank of a knife, but I actually like my Albatros better. That's saying something because I'm a Spyderco girl.

How is the quality and fit and finish compared to the techno?

Thanks bro. the regrind isn't done yet but I like it so far.

Mine has the smallest perceivable amount of up/down play. I just need to get a carbidizer and I think it will get rid of the play. It's really a spectacular knife even with the tiny bit of play.

Nice job on that meal! Waiting for my wife so we can eat together and now my stomach is growling! My day was boring, only thing my knife got to do was trim some threads and open a bag of chips
