Then a little heavier for the rest of the day:

Comtech Stinger. It is a punching device that concentrates all the force of the punch to the surface area of that point. It will break a rib ;)

@Wali Thanks, that means something coming from you. You often have great EDC shots.
@flatblackcapo Wali was correct, Comtech Stinger, it is very light, and an excellent force multiplier.

Easter project:
Traditional Scandinavian drinking vessel AKA Kuksa,
You can't get much more traditional than this

That was a hard project, my hands are full of blisters and little nicks I hope it dries well with no cracking.
A little more refining with the knife and then let it sit for a week on a plastic bag with some shavings, if everything goes well then sanding and oiling.
It's a pleasure to work by hand and transform a branch into something.

Man that looks like some real work Mateo. Much too much for a lazy weekend. :)

We have a bunch of really fine chefs on this site it looks like. Have to have a cookout with you guys some time. My wife tells me I am a wonderful cook but I have to say that my stuff looks a little simple when compared to the posts on this thread! Man, you boys are artists!

For myself I gave my knife a good workout yesterday. Got my garden ready for tilling. Stripped all the twine from last years tomato and bean stakes, opened a bunch of compost and a few topsoil bags, and got all of last years old plants out of the ground, cut up, and composted. From the looks of the seedlings growing next to the glass sliding door I'm gonna have some fine vegetables in a few months.
