Been using traditional slipjoints lately but I broke off my thumbnail yesterday opening a very stiff main blade so I'm back to something easy to open for a while.

Ok Pete.... first off.....beautiful shots of a great looking meal!! You've convinced me to get a Laguiole! But I really think that from now on, for these kinds of posts..... recipes need to be included.....whaddoya say???:cool:
