Maybe there should be a separate thread just for knives & staplers... LOL.

Jaiofspam, auto staplers rule.

Thanks 5.56. It's really too big of a stapler for most day to day tasks, it has a 30 sheet minimum- max. is 240 sheets! (p.s, I paid $0.25 for this brute, it was the last one at the store on clearance!...)

What is the seeming fascination with Spyderco knives? Never even held one, figured they were about the same as a Kershaw, CRKT, etc... Obviously not by the numbers of you folks that seem to like them so much..
Please, educate me....

Took a short hike today. Brought along my newest acquisition, the 2011 BF EO Jack. Also brought my CPM M4 Millie...

I apologize in advance for crappy iPod photo quality.

And to all you stainless steel fans out there, I am just going to reaffirm your suspicions right now. The fact that these carbon steel blades were mere inches from water made them rust to uselessness in my pocket before I could get home and do a complete teardown and soak them in oil. I threw what remains of them in my scrap metal pile. :foot:

:D

You won't know until you hold them. They look funky at first glance because EVERYTHING about them is pure function. Barring a few models with more frills. Handles are often shaped differently than anyone else, and result in VERY ergonomic handles in a variety of positions, blades are shaped differently to accomodate the opening hole, as well as offer various cutting designs. And they wrote the book on constant innovation, which kinda forces many of us to go broke....
